Brent Bondy and Jonathan Sandys appeared on WTOL News11 while participating in an Ask a Patent/Copyright/Trademark Attorney program at the Toledo - Lucas County Public Library. Brent and Jonathan volunteered for this program to help local residents with their intellectual property matters, including how to obtain a patent. The program is offered in the evening on the first Tuesday of each month at the library.
The WTOL news feature related to budget cuts at the library. The reporter said that they were still waiting to hear if any evening programs at the library will be cut. Brent was interviewed by the reporter and said, "We like to provide services to the community, and something like this definitely helps those interested in technology and spurring innovation to go down that path." Brent said he was hopeful this program would not have to be cut.
