| Rich MacMillan has been elected to serve a second term as a Director on the Toledo Bar Association (TBA) Board of Directors. The TBA consists of 1650 members governed by an elected Board. The mission of the TBA is to provide outstanding service to its members and to assist them in serving the legal profession and the community. It provides free legal services to those who cannot afford it through its panel of pro bono attorneys. The TBA sponsors more than 40 active committees in such fields as law reform, court administration, professional ethics and continuing legal education. In addition to his other Board duties, Rich will be serving as Section Chair of the Professional Services Section which oversees the following committees: Bar Admissions, Grievance, Grievance Investigation, Unauthorized Practice of Law, Fee Arbitration, Lawyer's Assistance Program, and Professionalism. |
